Interior Design
Our Interior Design team specializes in hospitality renovations and refurbishments, including guestrooms, public spaces, restaurants, lounges, and meeting areas. We develop tailored design solutions aligned with each property’s brand, location, and operational needs.
Our expertise covers custom furnishings, colour palettes, wallcoverings, decorative and architectural lighting, flooring, plumbing fixtures, stone surfaces, millwork, and window treatments.
Supporting every project is our CAD and 3D visualization team, producing detailed floor plans, elevations, shop drawings, 2D and 3D renderings, and virtual walkthroughs. This allows clients to fully visualize their spaces and make informed decisions before fabrication and construction begin.
Custom Furnishings
We specialize in bespoke hospitality and restaurant furnishings, design, and procurement, partnering closely with our clients to select FF&E solutions that align with each project's unique style, operational requirements, and budget.
Once concepts are approved, we collaborate with our trusted local and overseas manufacturing partners to engineer, value-optimize, and produce the order with a high level of quality control.

Installations
Our FF&E installation service is delivered by an experienced team managing every detail from logistics to final placement. We begin with precise counts and installation matrices to ensure full accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
We coordinate container deliveries, international shipping, on-site logistics, offloading, and secure warehousing to keep materials organized and protected. Demolition is carefully sequenced to support a controlled renovation flow and minimize disruption.
Once ready, installation proceeds in a structured sequence with careful execution, ensuring every item is placed correctly, on schedule, and in line with design intent. This end-to-end approach ensures seamless, high-quality installations in complex hospitality environments.

What We Deliver
Custom Furnishings

Bespoke Products
Our custom designs come alive using various laminate, wood veneer, melamine and solid wood selections. Choose your metal finishes and fire-rated, commercial grade fabrics. These are sent to you for approval.

Samples + Sign-offs
Once you've approved the samples, we sign off and the mock-up room takes shape. You can choose to see it virtually in the factory or have it shipped to your property for final approval.

Shop Drawings
Precise Shop Drawings are sent to your team from our FF+E Engineers for your reivew and approval.
04
Shipping
Once the Mock Up room is approved, we go into full production. Allow 60 days for manufacturing and 45 days for shipping.

Liaise with the suppliers to organize mock-up rooms, SKU creation, manifest detailing for ocean freight, room-by-room numbering systems for all items coming to the site and ground transport coordination until your final order arrives curbside and is ready for installation.

Coordinated Deliverables
A full property matrix covering all rooms and room types, detailing existing FF&E items to be removed and all new items to be ordered and installed.
At project completion, we also provide a comprehensive specifications binder, consolidating all contract documentation and product specifications. This ensures you have a complete reference for future repairs, replacements, and ongoing asset management.

Bidding & Labor
We provide full labour scope bidding for new builds and renovations, managing tendering, contractor evaluation, and selection to ensure competitive pricing and aligned scope. For smaller projects, we can recommend and coordinate trusted trades from our network, overseeing scheduling and site coordination to ensure efficient execution, quality workmanship, and alignment with overall project timelines and requirements.

Floor + Room Rotation Scheduling
We work with you to create a full Floor + Rooms Rotation Schedule for the demo, disposal/recycling and installation of your newly procured items. From disposal bin rotations, room block-offs, door sheets, pull sheets to container offloads, warehouse management + logistics, we create a seamless plan for your Teams to follow.

Accountable Installations
Staying open during the reno or do you prefer to shut down during the installation? Whichever path works best for you, we are here to listen to your needs and to organize your installation from start to finish. You give us your timeline and we will work within the parameters to deliver on time.

The Installation Phase
We refer only experienced demolition and installation teams who will price your installation on a per-room basis, factoring in all site conditions including waste removal + disposal, and maintaining site cleanliness. Together with your dedicated Project Management team (us), we work in tandem with your on-site teams to ensure a coordinated, well-managed process. Our approach creates a calm, clear, and concise renovation with minimal disruption to ongoing hotel operations.
