Custom Furnishings
We offer bespoke FF&E solutions, partnering with local and overseas manufacturers to engineer and produce high-quality furnishings tailored to your project.
1. Bespoke Products
Custom designs in wood, laminate, metal, and fire-rated fabrics for approval.
2. Samples + Sign-offs
Approve samples, then review the mock-up room virtually or on-site.
3. Shop Drawings
FF+E engineers send precise shop drawings for your approval.
4. Shipping
After mock-up approval, allow 45 to 60 days for manufacturing and shipping.
Project Management
Our experts handle the complexity of hospitality renovations, coordinating every phase while ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
1. Communication
Work with Operations, Revenue, Housekeeping, and Maintenance on needs and timelines.
2. Supplier + Logistics
Mock-ups, SKUs, freight manifests, and room numbering through to curbside delivery.
3. Documentation
Property matrix of items removed and installed, plus a final specifications binder.
4. Bidding + Labour
Tendering and contractor selection, or trusted trades for smaller projects.
Installations
We manage end-to-end FF&E installation, from logistics and demolition to structured final placement in complex hospitality environments.
1. Scheduling
A floor-by-floor, room-by-room plan for demo, disposal, and installation
2. Flexible Timing
Available whether or not the hotel stays open or closes.
3. Recieving + Storage
Container deliveries, offloading, and secure warehousing
4. Install + Cleanup
Vetted crews, per-room pricing, waste removal, and a clean site.
